Name

The name I've chosen for my magazine is: 

Ticked

I chose this because I was sitting in a group and asked what they all thought I should call an Indie/Ska magazine. After we all discussed it we came up with:

Klix--off of the hot drinks machine...

Ticked--the one 9 out of 10 of us liked best. ticks and beats go with music.

Muse-- Relates back to ancient times (hercules; the muses)

Quirk--Indie usually quirky

Primary target audience::
age- 16-25
gender- mainly female
other interest- in fashion

I like a very feminine color scheme and it matches for the fashion part that I like.
I looked into doing black/white/red but so many magazines used that I decided to steer clear of that combination. Then I considered a peachy color and a turquoise but ended up with my pink/blue/purple.
